Starz Entertainment sets EVP Technology Jason Wyrick’s base salary at $735,000
STRZ•Starz Entertainment entered a new employment agreement with EVP Technology Jason Wyrick, setting his annual base salary at $735,000 and target bonus at 90% of base salary.
1. Agreement terms
The agreement takes effect Oct. 1, 2026, and runs through Sept. 30, 2028, with a company option to extend it through Sept. 30, 2029. Annual equity awards are targeted at 50% of base salary in grant-date value, subject to committee approval; time-based awards typically vest over three years. A qualifying termination triggers severance equal to 18 months of base salary and up to 18 months of COBRA premiums.
