STARZ sets CFO Scott Macdonald’s annual base salary at $1.06 million under new agreement
STRZ•STARZ Entertainment entered a new agreement with CFO Scott Macdonald on October 20, 2026, setting his annual base salary at $1.06 million through September 30, 2028, with an option to extend for one year.
1. Agreement terms
Macdonald’s agreement runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, and STARZ may extend it through September 30, 2029. He is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus target of 125% of base salary and annual equity awards with a target grant-date value of 70% of base salary, subject to Compensation Committee approval and funding. A qualifying termination triggers cash severance equal to 18 months of base salary and up to 18 months of COBRA premium coverage.
