Steakholder Foods executes 1-for-3 reverse ADS split via ratio change

Steakholder Foods will consolidate its Nasdaq-listed ADSs in a 1-for-3 reverse split, effective July 27, 2026.
The ADS ratio shifts to 1 ADS representing 12,000 ordinary shares from 4,000 ordinary shares.
Fractional ADS entitlements will be pooled, sold, then proceeds distributed; the ADS ticker remains STKH.
