Steele Bancorp amended its May 12, 2026 Form 8-K to clarify the board’s response to the say-on-frequency vote.
Future non-binding say-on-pay votes on executive compensation will be held annually, aligning with the shareholder recommendation.
The annual schedule will remain in place until the next required say-on-frequency vote, due no later than the 2032 annual meeting.
