Steris filed an amended Form 8-K to add committee assignments for new director Pierre Boulud, updating its May 7 disclosure.
Boulud joined the Audit Committee, as well as the Compliance and Technology Committee, effective July 31.
The amendment made no other changes to the original report on the board expansion to 10 members.
