Steris entered a $1.6 billion revolving credit agreement on November 4, 2026, replacing its October 7, 2024 agreement. The revolver matures on November 4, 2031, and commitments may increase by up to $800 million, subject to conditions.
FinCo separately secured a delayed-draw term loan facility of up to $500 million, with J.P. Morgan SE as administrative agent. Funding requires completion of the Xodus Medical acquisition, and the loan matures five years after the acquisition closes. Both facilities carry floating interest rates, with margins determined by the company's debt rating.
