Sterling Organization acquired Merchants Walk, a 271,992-square-foot Whole Foods Market-anchored shopping center in Marietta, Georgia, for $93.2 million.
Seller EDENS exited the asset; the deal was made through Sterling Value Add Partners IV, a $600 million equity value-add fund.
