Stewart Q2 FY26 net income rises 17% to $37.2 million; revenue climbs 25% to $899.2 million

Stewart posted Q2 2026 net income attributable to shareholders of $37.2 million, up 17%, with diluted EPS of $1.21 versus $1.13.
Total revenue climbed 25% to $899.2 million, driven by a 15% rise in title operating revenue to $683.6 million.
Business segment and profitability details
Real estate solutions revenue more than doubled to $197.4 million, lifting pretax income to $18.5 million from $6.7 million.
Pretax income before noncontrolling interests rose 18% to $55.1 million as corporate net expenses increased to $12 million from $9.2 million on higher interest expense.
CEO Fred Eppinger said the company delivered another quarter of strong revenue despite continued housing-market headwinds.
