July 28 (Reuters) - Steyr Motors AG (4X0.VI) said in an EQS-ADHOC notice that there are discussions about a possible tender offer for all shares in Steyr Motors AG by Red Cat Holdings, Inc.

Steyr Motors AG also said there are no further negotiations between Steyr Motors AG and Red Cat Holdings.
