Stonegate will target investor introductions for potential asset-related deals or new debt or equity issuance, subject to company approval.
Capital-raising tied to Stonegate is expected to use Rule 506(c), supporting funding plans for the eBalance technology.
The advisory agreement began Aug. 24, 2026, runs three months initially, then shifts to 30-day termination notice.
Fees will be success-based, calculated as a percentage of gross proceeds on any closed transaction sourced through Stonegate contacts.
