Dosing is complete in the first two cohorts of Stoke Therapeutics’ Phase 1 OSPREY study of STK-002, an RNA-based therapy aimed at autosomal dominant optic atrophy. The third cohort is expected to complete by year-end 2026, and initial safety and efficacy readouts are expected in the first half of 2027. The program seeks to raise OPA1 protein levels.
