Stoke Therapeutics says Phase 3 EMPEROR trial of Dravet drug zorevunersen is underway, with top-line results expected in Q3 2027.

Stoke Therapeutics disclosed new long-term clinical data for zorevunersen in Dravet syndrome ahead of presentations at the European Epilepsy Congress.

Results will be presented Sept. 6-8 in Athens, including the first medical meeting disclosure of 4-year outcomes from open-label extension studies.

Data showed sustained improvements in cognition and behavior, durable seizure reductions, improved quality of life, supportive of disease-modifying potential.

Safety remained broadly consistent, with frequent CSF protein elevations reported without serious clinical complications or hydrocephalus.
