Stoneridge CEO Zizelman to Retire May 20; Noblet Named Incoming CEO April 1

Jim Zizelman will retire as Stoneridge president and CEO on May 20, 2026, after nearly seven years and transition to a strategic advisor role on April 1 while remaining on the board. Natalia Noblet, president of Stoneridge Electronics, will become CEO and board member on April 1, 2026 to lead growth.

Jim Zizelman, who joined Stoneridge in 2019 and was named president and CEO in January 2023, will retire effective May 20, 2026. He will continue as president and CEO until March 31, then transition to a strategic advisor role on April 1 while remaining on the board and standing for election at the 2026 Annual Meeting.

2. Incoming CEO Appointment and Qualifications

Natalia Noblet will assume the roles of president and CEO and join the board on April 1, 2026. Since September 2024, she has led the Electronics segment, securing major MirrorEye® platform awards and driving operational excellence across vehicle intelligence technologies.

The board highlights this succession as critical to leadership continuity and long-term value creation following the sale of the Control Devices segment.
