StoneX Markets signs exclusive Cotlook license for OTC cotton derivatives suite
SNEX•StoneX Markets entered an exclusive licensing agreement with Cotlook to launch OTC cotton derivatives. The first product will be the Cotlook Brazil Basis Swap, referencing the Brazilian component of the Cotlook A Index.
1. First swap product
The Cotlook Brazil Basis Swap is designed to target basis risk tied to Brazil’s growing role in global cotton exports and aims to expand hedging options for supply-chain participants.
