Stratasys announces 2026 annual shareholder meeting
SSYS•Stratasys will hold its annual meeting in Givatayim, Israel, on Nov. 10, 2026, where shareholders will vote on board nominees, its auditor and other matters.
1. Meeting agenda
Shareholders will vote on re-electing seven directors and electing David Chinn as a new board nominee. They will also vote on reappointing Kesselman & Kesselman (PwC) as independent auditor for 2026 and setting its pay, and receive the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
