Stratasys answers shareholder questions ahead of Nov. 10 annual meeting
SSYS•Stratasys scheduled its annual shareholder meeting for Nov. 10, 2026, with votes on directors and auditor reappointment; its board recommended both proposals.
1. Meeting proposals
The company nominated David Chinn alongside incumbent directors and proposed reappointing Kesselman & Kesselman, a PwC Israel member firm, as independent auditor for 2026. The board would set the auditor’s fees. A quorum requires two shareholders holding at least 25% of voting rights, and each ordinary share carries one vote.
