Strategy posted a Q2 2026 operating loss of USD 8.33 billion, swinging from operating income of USD 14.03 billion a year earlier.
Net loss was USD 8.22 billion, or USD 24.45 per diluted share, versus net income of USD 10.02 billion, or USD 32.60 per share.
Revenue rose 6.9% from a year earlier to USD 122.4 million, while gross profit increased to USD 81.6 million and margin slipped 2.2 percentage points to 66.6%.
Digital-asset loss and bitcoin holdings
The quarter included an unrealized digital-asset loss of USD 8.32 billion, compared with an unrealized gain of USD 14.05 billion a year earlier.
Bitcoin holdings stood at 843,775 as of July 26, with a USD 63.69 billion cost basis and USD 54.77 billion market value at a USD 64,915 reference price.
