Enrollment is open for the 2026–2027 year at Insight School of Washington and Washington Virtual Academies, powered by Stride’s K12, offering state-certified instruction, CTE pathways and NCAA-approved courses to Washington K–12 students. Divisadero Capital liquidated its entire $55.9 million Stride position in Q4, eliminating its stake.

1. Enrollment Launch for 2026-2027 Washington Virtual Schools

In March 2026 Stride’s K12 unit opened enrollment for Insight School of Washington and Washington Virtual Academies, providing tuition-free, full-time online education to K–12 students across Washington.

2. Curriculum and Certification Pathways

Both schools employ Washington-certified teachers delivering live, interactive instruction and offer CTE pathways in areas like AV technology, business, health science and IT, plus honors, AP and NCAA-approved courses.

3. Divisadero Capital Liquidates Stride Stake

In the fourth quarter Divisadero Capital sold its entire Stride position, reducing its quarter-end holdings by $55.9 million and fully exiting the investment.

4. Impact on Stride’s Outlook

The expanded enrollment drive could boost Stride’s K12 revenues for the next school year, while Divisadero’s exit may reflect cautious investor sentiment toward the company’s near-term prospects.
