Non-GAAP adjusted net loss attributable to common stockholders was $275 million, including $26.21 million of SATA Stock dividends.
Bitcoin purchases totaled 6,236 in Q2, lifting Bitcoin Yield to 23.9%. An additional 303 bitcoin was acquired from July 1 to Aug. 7.
Quarterly results and Bitcoin fair-value loss
Strive posted a GAAP net loss of $257.6 million for Q2 ended June 30, 2026, driven largely by a $234 million fair-value drop in bitcoin and STRC Stock.
Revenue rose 94.64% year over year to $2.94 million, while net loss per share was $3.77.
