Stryker CEO Lobo to step down, COO Stiles to take over
SYK•Stryker President and COO Spencer Stiles will replace Kevin Lobo as CEO, effective Jan. 1, while Lobo becomes executive chair. Stryker shares fell more than 3% in premarket trading.

Lobo, who has been CEO since 2012, will become executive chair on Jan. 1. During his tenure, he led more than 60 acquisitions, including robotic surgery firm Mako.
