Stryker falls after warning manufacturing challenges will linger through second half

** Shares of Stryker SYK.N fall 9.9% to $42.65 in afternoon trading
** Company executives at a conference pointed manufacturing challenges to spill into the rest of the year
** The medical device maker had previously flagged manufacturing issues in peripheral vascular business that have prevented it from fully supplying customer demand and pursuing new businesses
** "We anticipated that would rectify itself in the third quarter. What we're seeing is that (manufacturing issues are) continuing into the third quarter ... We expect it to continue a little bit into the fourth quarter as well," said CFO Preston Wells
** Evercore ISI now estimates Q3 organic revenue growth could be closer to ~10%
** Stryker says hip and knee replacement procedures remain soft, with weakness in Europe continuing into Q3
** Co says strength seen in U.S. joint replacements in June did not continue through July and August
