SYK•Stryker named President and COO Spencer Stiles CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027, when he will join the board. CEO Kevin Lobo will become executive chair.

Stiles will become Stryker’s CEO and join its board on Jan. 1, 2027, while Lobo shifts from CEO to executive chair. Stiles joined Stryker in 1999 and has held senior roles across Orthopaedics, MedSurg and Neurotechnology; most recently, he led Orthopaedics.
