StubHub appoints Andrew Raab to board
STUB•StubHub Holdings appointed Andrew Raab to its board on October 16, 2026, effective immediately. He will fill an existing vacancy through the 2027 annual shareholder meeting.
1. Board appointment
Raab’s term will expire at StubHub’s 2027 annual shareholder meeting. He co-founded investment firm FPR Partners in 2003 and previously served as a principal at Hellman and Friedman.
