Summit Hotel Properties names Mike Nieves chief financial officer
INN•Summit Hotel Properties appointed Mike Nieves executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective Nov. 1, 2026. Adam Wudel was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer on the same date.
1. Executive appointments
Nieves joins from PENN Entertainment, where he served as senior vice president of finance and treasurer. Wudel, who has spent 18 years at Summit Hotel Properties, most recently served as executive vice president of corporate development, overseeing asset management, revenue strategy and transactions.
