Adjusted EBITDAre increased 7.7% to $54.8 million; pro forma hotel EBITDA margin widened 0.88 percentage point to 36.4%.
Pro forma RevPAR rose 5% to $136.06 as ADR increased 7.1% to $178.42.
The company refinanced a $650 million senior credit facility with a fully extended maturity of June 2031 and declared a quarterly common dividend of $0.08.
