2. Sale and outlook
The company completed the sale of its UK business, receiving $1.03 billion, and repurchased $293 million in shares. It expects 2026 core FFO per share of $6.97 to $7.05 and North America same-property NOI growth of 4.9% to 5.3%. For 2027, it expects rental rate increases of 5.4% for manufactured housing and 4.4% for annual RV.
