Sun Country Extends Bookings Through December 2026, Relaunches Eau Claire–Las Vegas Service
Sun Country Airlines extended its booking schedule through December 15, 2026, covering post-Labor Day, MEA weekend, Thanksgiving and fall travel to Boston, Las Vegas, Orlando and Fort Myers. The airline will relaunch its Eau Claire–Las Vegas service and may add further flights by leveraging charter operations.
1. Schedule Extension Details
Sun Country Airlines has opened bookings through December 15, 2026, enabling customers to plan travel for post-Labor Day, MEA weekend, Thanksgiving and peak fall leaf-peeping trips. The extension covers key leisure markets including Boston, Las Vegas, Orlando and Fort Myers.
2. Relaunch of Eau Claire–Las Vegas Service
The airline will bring back scheduled service between Eau Claire, WI and Las Vegas, a route last served in fall 2024, building on strong winter performance between Eau Claire and Fort Myers. This relaunch aims to capture VFR and leisure demand in western Wisconsin.
3. Charter Operations Integration
Sun Country plans to leverage its charter business by converting select charter flights into scheduled passenger service across varying locations. This strategy may further expand its network beyond the current 115 routes serving nearly 100 airports.
