2. Q1 2026 Dividend Declaration

The board declared a C$0.92 dividend on common shares, payable March 31, 2026 to holders of record February 25, 2026. It also approved Class A Non-Cumulative Preferred dividends for seven series, ranging from C$0.185438 to C$0.281250 per share, all payable on March 31, 2026.
