Sunoco to shift NYSE listing to Texas Stock Exchange on Oct. 5, 2026

Listing transfer to TXSE

Sunoco will transfer its NYSE listing to the Texas Stock Exchange, keeping the SUN ticker.

Trading is set to start on TXSE on Oct. 5, 2026. Units are expected to stop trading on the NYSE at the market close on Oct. 2, 2026.

No action is required from unitholders to complete the transfer.
