Sunshine Biopharma plans up to $4 million at-the-market share sale via Aegis Capital

Sunshine Biopharma set up an at-the-market equity program to sell up to $4 million of common stock over time on Nasdaq.

Aegis Capital will act as exclusive sales agent, earning a 3% commission on gross proceeds.

The program gives the company flexibility to raise capital opportunistically, with no obligation to sell any shares.
