Sunstone Hotel Investors entered into a first amendment to its Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement on Aug. 7, 2026.
The amendment added a carve-out to the derivatives negative covenant to allow forward sale transactions.
Wells Fargo Bank remains administrative agent under the amended facility.
