Super Hi renews three-year supply agreement with Yihai
HDL•Super Hi renewed three-year purchasing and restaurant decoration agreements with Yihai and YIZHIHUA, covering January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. Annual purchase caps with Yihai rise from $29.03 million to $41.41 million, while YIZHIHUA service caps range from $7.66 million to $11.89 million.
1. Renewed agreements
Super Hi signed renewed purchasing and restaurant decoration agreements with Yihai and YIZHIHUA on October 26, 2026. The contracts run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029.
2. Annual caps and approval
Yihai purchase caps are $29.03 million for 2027, $35.24 million for 2028 and $41.41 million for 2029. YIZHIHUA service caps are $7.66 million, $11.32 million and $11.89 million for those years, respectively. The Yihai agreement requires independent shareholder approval; the YIZHIHUA agreements are exempt.
