Super Micro Computer Appoints DeAnna Luna as Acting CCO After Board Resignation
Super Micro Computer board member Yih-Shyan “Wally” Liaw resigned effective immediately, leaving an eight-person board with no changes to its committee structure. DeAnna Luna, a global trade compliance veteran with over 20 years of experience, was appointed acting Chief Compliance Officer.

Yih-Shyan “Wally” Liaw resigned from Super Micro Computer’s Board of Directors, effective immediately. His departure leaves the board with eight directors, and there are no adjustments to the existing committee structure.
2. Acting Chief Compliance Officer Appointment
DeAnna Luna has been named acting Chief Compliance Officer at Super Micro Computer, effective immediately. Luna joined Supermicro in 2024 as Vice President of Global Trade & Sanctions Compliance and brings over two decades of experience from roles at Intel and Teledyne Technologies.
