SPCB•SuperCom has won its 18th service provider contract, securing a Georgia-based electronic monitoring provider's initial deployment over twice as large as any prior U.S. partnership since mid-2024, fully displacing a 15-year incumbent. PureOne GPS units will deploy across the provider’s network starting August 2026 to accelerate SuperCom’s nationwide expansion.
1. New Georgia EM Contract
SuperCom has secured a direct contract with a Georgia-based electronic monitoring provider, marking its 18th service provider agreement since mid-2024. The deal fully displaced a 15-year incumbent and involves an initial deployment estimated at over twice the size of any prior U.S. partnership in that period.
2. Technology Selection
The provider selected SuperCom’s PureOne GPS solution after live demonstrations highlighted its tracking precision, secure communications, battery life, and lightweight, discreet form factor. The straightforward user experience was cited as a key factor in replacing the incumbent technology.
3. Deployment Timeline and Scale
Under the agreement, PureOne GPS units will begin rolling out across the provider’s established network of locations in Georgia starting in August 2026. This deployment is designed to accelerate SuperCom’s nationwide expansion and deepen its presence in the U.S. electronic monitoring market.
4. Financial and Strategic Implications
SuperCom enters the contract backed by a trailing twelve-month non-GAAP EBITDA of $10.3 million and a strong financial foundation. The partnership leverages the provider’s 25 years of sector experience, positioning SuperCom to secure additional regional contracts and broaden its revenue-generating footprint.
