Superior Group of Companies posted Q2 2026 net sales of $147.8 million, up 2.6% year over year.
Net income fell to $1.2 million; diluted EPS slipped to $0.08, including a $2.6 million non-cash tradename impairment charge.
Adjusted results excluding the charge lifted net income to $3.2 million; diluted adjusted EPS more than doubled to $0.21.
Adjusted EBITDA and outlook
Adjusted EBITDA climbed to $7.7 million from $6.1 million a year earlier; management cited strong Branded Products performance amid soft market conditions.
Full-year outlook was reaffirmed; the board declared a $0.14 per share quarterly dividend payable Aug. 28.
