Super Micro names Mark Long CFO; shares fall
SMCI•Super Micro appointed Mark Long as CFO, effective immediately, and its shares fell more than 4% to $34.23 in premarket trading.
1. CFO appointment
Long succeeds David Weigand, who had been CFO since 2021. Long previously served as CFO and chief strategy officer of Western Digital. Super Micro began seeking a new finance chief nearly two years ago after a third-party accounting review.
