SuperX and TFC Create Singapore JV to Roll Out Plug-and-Play AI Optical Modules
SuperX AI Technology’s subsidiary and Suzhou TFC Optical Communication’s arm have formed SuperX Optical Communications Pte. Ltd. to deliver end-to-end AI data center optical solutions. The Singapore-based JV will target high-growth markets outside Greater China, leveraging SuperX’s AI infrastructure expertise and TFC’s ODM support for plug-and-play optical modules.

SuperX AI Solution Limited has entered a joint venture with Tianfu International Investment Pte. Ltd. and affiliates to establish SuperX Optical Communications Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, with SuperX leading board and management control to integrate resources and expand AI optical connectivity offerings.
2. Strategic Market Focus
The joint venture will target high-growth markets outside Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, delivering end-to-end optical connectivity solutions tailored for next-generation AI data centers to address high-speed data transmission bottlenecks.
3. Synergies and Product Development
SuperX will leverage its AI infrastructure design expertise and global client network to drive R&D collaboration, while TFC will contribute professional ODM technical support for optical components, enabling co-developed, plug-and-play optical modules.
4. Potential Impact
By pre-integrating these optical interconnect products into SuperX’s modular AI infrastructure, the JV aims to shorten data center deployment cycles, enhance computing cluster efficiency and capture growing demand in the global AI infrastructure market.
