Surf Air Mobility closes $14 million second tranche of senior secured debenture financing

Surf Air Mobility closed a secured financing under its June 30, 2026 Secured Purchase Agreement for $21.6 million of Senior Secured Debentures.
The second tranche of about $14 million funded on Aug. 10, 2026 once closing conditions were met.
An initial tranche of about $7 million was issued on June 30, 2026.
Proceeds from the second tranche will be used for general working capital.
