SurgePays formed Redline Wireless Group as a joint venture with a major U.S. wireless master distributor to expand prepaid wireless distribution.
Redline targets nationwide reach across more than 20,000 active independent prepaid wireless dealers, aiming for more than 1 million subscribers.
The venture combines SurgePays’ MVNO platform, including LinkUp Mobile, with the partner’s dealer channel.
SurgePays holds 51% of Redline as controlling member; the contributing distributor holds 49% as a noncontrolling interest.
