SURG•SurgePays signed an agreement with Etime System for at least $48 million in annual prepaid wireless purchases, with a $4 million monthly minimum during the initial term.
1. Deal terms
The agreement runs from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and renews automatically each year at the same minimum commitment. Transactions began in early October through SurgePays’ retail sales and payments platform.
