Torch coordinated with FCC staff on portal issues. It submitted a substantive LOI response on May 15, 2026.
The FCC’s proposed forfeiture targets alleged late document uploads. It does not allege misconduct or challenge Torch’s substantive response.
Torch disputes the notice. It plans to seek withdrawal or pursue legal remedies if needed.
