Same-facility revenue rose 5% on 4.8% higher revenue per case; same-facility cases increased 0.3%.

Full-year 2026 guidance was reaffirmed at $3.35 billion-$3.45 billion revenue, adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) of at least $530 million, excluding the pending divestiture.
