Suzano takes 10% stake in Imetame Logistica Porto
Suzano signed a deal with Grupo Imetame for a 10% stake in Imetame Logística Porto, a greenfield port project in Aracruz, Brazil.
The stake will be funded via a contribution of Suzano-owned land near its Aracruz unit, with no expected operational or economic impact.
