Swarmer holds special shareholder meeting
SWMR•Swarmer shareholders approved issuing up to 5,487,067 common shares for the Ratel Robotics acquisition at a November 2, 2026, special meeting.
1. Share issuance approved
The approved total includes 1,064,942 shares issued at closing and up to 4,422,125 shares issuable if earnout targets are achieved. Shareholders also authorized adjournment, if needed, to solicit additional proxies if votes were insufficient to approve the issuance.
