Swarmer Partners with HIMERA for Jam-Resistant Autonomy Stack and Joins Two ETFs
Swarmer Estonia OÜ has signed an MoU with HIMERA to embed jam-resistant, frequency-hopping radios into its next-generation autonomy stack for multi-vehicle missions. Swarmer has been added to the Ukraine Reconstruction UCITS ETF and the €15 million Drone UCITS ETF, broadening its institutional investor base.

Swarmer Estonia OÜ and HIMERA have executed a memorandum of understanding to integrate battlefield-proven, jam-resistant, frequency-hopping radios into Swarmer’s autonomy software stack. This collaboration creates a validated communications backbone for multi-vehicle missions under severe jamming conditions, enhancing reliability and lowering integration overhead for system vendors.
2. ETF Listings Expand Investor Access
Swarmer has been incorporated into the Ukraine Reconstruction UCITS ETF and the Drone UCITS ETF, which holds a market capitalization of just over €15 million. These listings provide a more direct channel to international institutional investors, supporting Swarmer’s capital raising and amplifying its visibility in defense and post-reconstruction markets.
