Swarmer will host an investor call at 8:30 a.m. ET on October 29, 2026, to discuss its proposed acquisition of Ratel Robotics. Under a September 10 agreement, Swarmer would acquire 100% of Ratel for cash and stock; a virtual shareholder meeting to vote on issuing common stock is scheduled for November 2 at 10 a.m. ET.
2. Ratel contracts
Ratel secured more than $86 million in Ukrainian government contracts in 2026, with 70% prepaid. The acquisition would combine Ratel's manufacturing capabilities with drone autonomy software to expand into multi-domain autonomous systems.
