Swarmer signed a nonbinding MOU with Vectus Air Defense Systems to manufacture, sell, and deploy mobile air-defense systems in eligible markets.
The plan includes establishing a manufacturing facility in Poland, subject to export controls, sanctions rules, and procurement requirements.
Vectus, which is 20% owned by Swarmer, signaled intent to buy at least 40 systems in year one and 80+ in year two.
Management estimated retail pricing at about $5 million to $6 million per system.
Final quantities, pricing, specifications, financing, and delivery schedules remain subject to definitive agreements.
