Sweden’s FI sets SEB Pillar 2 capital requirement at 2.0% for 2026
SEB•Sweden’s Financial Supervisory Authority set SEB’s group-level Pillar 2 capital requirement at 2.0%, effective Sept. 30, 2026, down from 2.1%.
1. Capital requirements
The authority cut the minimum CET1 portion to 1.4% from 1.5%. Pillar 2 guidance remains at 0.5% of total risk-weighted exposure, and leverage-ratio guidance remains at 0.15%; both are to be met with CET1.
