Sweetgreen named Lauren Crowley chief people officer effective Oct. 26, 2026; outgoing chief people officer Adrienne Gemperle will work with her through year-end before transitioning out.

Crowley previously served as senior vice president of human resources at OC Sports & Entertainment and held senior people roles at Expedia Group, Starbucks, Whole Foods Market and Dell. Gemperle will work with Crowley through year-end before transitioning out.
