SWI Capital Holding entered a strategic partnership with Brookfield for part of Varia US Properties’ U.S. multifamily portfolio.
The deal covers 13 of 17 properties via a newly formed USD 693.9 million two-vehicle joint venture.
The joint venture provides access to up to USD 200 million of equity capital to fund future acquisitions.
